As part of the Web Security Service reporting migration to the new Elastic Analytics & Reporting solution, a new set of IPs will be utilized, replacing the existing IPs for Hosted Reporting. Customers connecting via IP will need to start using the new IPs as of 17:00 UTC, on May 1, 2020.
All log files sent to the Hosted Reporting Service before 17:00 UTC, on May 1, 2020 will be ingested normally. After the transition, only logs files using the new IPs will be ingested into Hosted Reporting.

Impact The DNS hostnames will remain the same, customers using DNS will need to ensure to update any whitelisting in place.
