Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will be performing emergency maintenance in the Madrid (GESMA1) data center. This maintenance will begin on February 12, 2022, at 19:15 UTC and last for a duration of 3 hours.

Impact

During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

• Explicit proxy / Unified Agent / WSS Agent / Proxy Forwarding: The service will automatically redirect connections to alternate infrastructure during the maintenance window. No customer action is required. • IPsec: One or more brief disruptions may occur during the maintenance window which can be avoided by switching to a secondary site. Customers should ensure their configuration follows fault tolerance best practices.
