Monitoring

As of 18:20 UTC, we are no longer experiencing DNS issues and all services are fully recovered. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available. Note that there was no impact on protection services during the incident timeline.

Update

Please note that in addition to our public infrastructure, this issue is also impacting our Symantec Gov Cloud Security (GCS) FedRAMP infrastructure. There is no impact to our protection services due to this incident.

In addition to Americas POPs, customers may also experience performance issues with Cloud Portal and Auth Connector. We will provide further updates as new information becomes available.
